Januschka在提案中指出，原生延迟加载允许浏览器使用网络感知阈值优化资源加载，正确处理与autoplay和preload属性的交互，并避免离屏媒体阻塞window.onload事件，从而显著提升页面加载性能并减少数据流量消耗。
