The Community Transition Program at PPS aims to support students as they transition to life after high school. CTP serves young adults, ages 18-21 who have an IEP, and graduated from high school. Students learn important life skills like independent living and job training. One of the places they have the option to work is the Elevate Coffee cart at the Prophet Center.
